So it turns out Vancity holds all checks on my account for a week that are deposited through the drive-through. Dumbest thing ever? I think yes. Had I known this, I would have been depositing my checks at the tellers. I am experiencing mouth hunger. I hope my body hunger catches up soon so I'll feel good about eating. I made a mistake and became stuffed at dinner time (4pm). I had a root beer, a diet coke, a boca burger, and some fries (just over half of what was on the plate). I've really dropped the ball on recovery. I took the part where one is to stock all their favourite foods in abundance, and ran with that. I completely forgot/ignored the part where one is also supposed to LISTEN to their body and feed it what it needs, when it is hungry for it.
